  • Reliable – Need to be able to consistently work remotely without supervision in a quiet location…
  • Tech savvy – Need to know how to use a smartphone, google chrome, and learn how to use web based applications (but it’s basically point and click)…
  • Typing skills – Must be able to type notes while on the phone with prospects…
  • Phone – Either android or apple phones will work, however, you must have reliable coverage and long distance calling…
  • Laptop – Only needs to be able to run one web based application, google maps, and Zillow at the same time
  • Positive Attitude – People who will excel in this position are coachable and open to constructive criticism to get better quickly.
