About Cash House Buyers, LLC: Brothers Adam & Luke Swomley
Adam Swomley is the founding member of CashHouseBuyersLLC.com and brings over 11 years of real estate experience to the company. Adam purchased his first rental properties in 2009 and then opened a property management company in South Central Pennsylvania. Meanwhile, Adam also sold life insurance where he developed the passion and skills for helping people make smart financial decisions to protect their future. Adam’s love for working with home sellers led him to decide he could apply his skills on a larger scale. In 2014, at Adam’s direction, and with Luke’s support, the company changed it’s business model and started buying properties in Maryland and Pennsylvania. Adam has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions and looks forward to helping sellers in hundreds more. Adam graduated from York College with a Bachelors degree in Philosophy with minors in Math and Chemistry.
Luke Swomley is a co-founding member of CashHouseBuyersLLC.com and has been helping homeowners sell their homes without the hassle of a traditional sale since 2015. Before buying houses, Luke worked as a consultant helping small community banks in Maryland meet new government regulatory requirements. He learned strong analytical skills and how to work with real people to help save jobs and keep relationship based banking a part of our communities. Since helping co-found the family business, , CashHouseBuyersLLC.com, Luke has met with hundreds of home sellers and purchased many of their houses, a lot of times, turning a stressful house into a manageable situation. Luke looks forward to continuing to help more home sellers each year. Luke graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with degrees in Finance and Political Science with a minor in Economics.
